Chocolate, Almond Butter, & Hemp Protein Bites
Ok, yet another energy bite recipe. I've got a lot of these on my site. I'm kind of a fan, if you haven't guessed. But for someone on the constant move, they're just so darn convenient! You could make these into bars if you wanted, but balls are a lot easier to form in my opinion. If you're as big a fan of these as I am, check out my other recipes:
10-12 protein bites
- 2 C walnuts or pecans
- 1 C dates
- 2 TB almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TB hemp seeds
- 3 TB cacao powder
- dash of salt
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined.
- Shape into balls with your hands, and store in the refrigerator to firm up. I recommend keeping them in the fridge to make them last longer.
