Maca, a so-called "superfood", is great for hormones + energy!

Serves 1



  1. Heat oats and milk on stove to boil, then simmer until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Remove from heat & add remainder of ingredients.
  3. Top with strawberries, & chopped nuts + dark chocolate if desired.

  • 1 C old fashioned oats
  • 2 C plantbased milk
  • 2 TB cacao
  • 1 TB tahini
  • 1 TB maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 TB flaxseed
  • 1 tsp maca
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1/2 C chopped fresh strawberries

Looking for a nutritional but creamy + tasty meal? Like so many of my recipes, it can double as a breakfast, snack, or dessert. I really do have a chocolate problem... Well, I'll ponder that later.

This simple meal can be easily customized, but will literally be tasty to anyone who gives it a try. I'm that confident about it.

Persoanly, maca really helped me overcome my coffee addiciton when I was weaning myself off it.
