Maple Chia Peach Parfait With White Mulberries

White Peaches!

White peaches have a cooler, crisper flavor than normal peaches, and are such a refreshing treat for the summer!

Serves 2


  • 1/4 C chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 C plant based milk (coconut, almond, oat, hemp, etc)*
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 TB hemp seeds
  • 2 white peaches, chopped
  • 2 TB maple syrup
  • 3 TB white mulberries (optional)

*The ratio of chia to liquid is variable depending on the thickness you want. It can be anywhere between 1:3-1:6 chia:liquid.


  1. Whisk chia seeds and milk together in a bowl and allow to sit at room temperature until absorbed (or in the refrigerator overnight). Whisk again when liquid is fully absorbed.
  2. Stir in vanilla, hemp seeds, chopped peaches, maple syrup, and while mulberries. Top with more peaches, syrup, and hemp seeds (optional).
