Simple Berry Smoothie Bowl

Let us say good-bye to summer with one more smoothie bowl recipe! Fall hasn't come to Nashville yet, we're still in the 80's and 90's. Apparently the south hasn't gotten the memo about the season change?! PS. you may have noticed a lot fewer posts in the meantime, and that's because I'm back in school! I'm still as passionate as ever about my blog, and have got a lot of recipes coming your way, don't worry! ;)

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • small handful raspberries
  • 1 TB goji berry powder or a few goji berries (optional)
  • 2 TB unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • dash of maple syrup
  • coconut milk to desired consistency
  • toppings: goji berries, white mulberries, unsweetened coconut chips
